Mindy Mayberry joined ENT Specialists in June 2018. She is certified in otolaryngology practice management by Administrator Support Community for ENT (ASCENT) and has an educational background including human resources generalist studies at Creighton University and tour/travel studies at Lincoln School of Commerce.

Mindy’s experience in the health care field includes previous work at an allergy, asthma, and immunology clinic, serving as practice manager. She is dedicated to making a critical impact behind the scenes, streamlining operations, supporting providers, and helping ensure patients receive the highest level of care. She is also a notary public.

Mindy is ASCENT’s 2025-2026 president-elect and was honored with their Good Neighbor Award for 2023. Outside the office, she enjoys kayaking; traveling; and volunteering with her golden retriever, Kona. She’s involved with the Down Syndrome Alliance of the Midlands and cherishes time with her husband, two sons and daughter-in-law, three stepchildren, and three grandchildren.
