Incredible experience at ENT Specialists! I am new to the area & do not yet have a PCP. I was having severe throat & ear pain that got no better with what was prescribed at Urgent Care. I called ENT Specialists & they got me in next day with the P.A., Maren. She listened to my complaints, scoped me, and found nothing. She ordered a CT & changed my antibiotic. Within a few hours of the new antibiotic, I felt much better. Although I have to wait several days to get CT, I felt she was very proactive in helping me get better & getting to root cause. All the staff is very polite & professional. I felt they went above & beyond to get me in the schedule so quickly. Side note, my granddaughter had tubes placed by Dr. Farrell, and we had the same experience — great bedside manner & professionalism. I am very grateful & would highly recommend this practice to anyone.
